NBA Power Rankings

OK Super Bowl is over and the NBA trade deadline has passed. Who is the team to beat now? I will pay attention to the NBA for a minute until March Madness starts then I am checking out until after the Final Four.

Here are my NBA Power Rankings:
  1. San Antonio - I know they don't play like it all the time but like the Nature Boy Ric Flair says, "To be the man you got to beat the man!"
  2. Lakers - This was the Rockets spot but they lost Yao.......forget about it! This pains me because I am a conflicted Laker fan that left the fold when Shaq left and I am a Kobe hater. Problem is they are really good. The Gasol move was the best move of the season. Look out if Andrew Bynum returns to the form he had before his injury.
  3. Celtics - KG is back. Now they need to find their rhythm. They may sign the ugliest man in the NBA, Sam I am....I like the move if he will accept his role.
  4. Pistons - Good but getting old. The window may be nearly closed. They should have tried to get younger before the trade deadline. They take nights off.
  5. Jazz - Derron Williams is nice. Boozer is a beast on most nights. Things are looking up in Utah
  6. Mavs - Is it me or are they just not the same since San Antonio took that series from them a couple of years ago. They don't seem to go as hard as they used to.
  7. Rockets - No Yao? They got their 14Th in a row tonight but I don't know how long they can stay on this list.
  8. Hornets - Exciting young team that plays well together but not sure if I believe in them yet......Their not ready for a physical playoff run
  9. Suns - Love Shaq, just not in PHX. why didn't he give the effort that he is giving now in Miami? Just wondering. Everyone looks out of sink with Shaq on the floor. Let's let this one sit about a week longer before we Judge.
  10. Cavs - LBJ has got to be saying I would rather play with Larry and Drew.

What do you think?

That's All I Got!!

I'm Out!!
