Passion and Greatness

It's passion that drives a man to be great!  Therefore, in order for him to be great he must find his passion, his muse.  Passion for the muse can make him an unstoppable force.
I feel a need to be great that no one understands.  Even more confusing is what is it that I am to be great at?  Is my muse the obvious one or is it something that is hidden?  Am I looking my muse right in the face or is she hiding around the next dark street corner?   
A question to ponder.  Can a man show passion about something that is not his muse and be a success?  I am not sure of any of these answers but I am in search of them.
